西门子(上海)电气传动设备有限公司 (seds) 前身是高压变频技术领域的领先供应商美国罗宾康公司下属的安塞罗宾康(上海)电气有限公司,主要从事高压变频器的生产制造研究开发和运用。 For our Process Industries and Drives Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a SEDS Customer Service Engineer (Fresh Graduate).

Responsibilities

  • Make the analysis and troubleshooting by the correct judgment and detection to solve the fault with right parts
  • Improve the productivity of onsite service, especially for start-up commissioning
  • Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete required field documentation and reports and electronically transmit appropriate completed reports (i.e. job related field service report, expense report, etc.) in a timely fashion as dictated by company policy and departmental procedures
  • Frequent travel as required and obey the engineer dispatch arrangement – both domestic and international
  • Provide the appropriate proposals and spare parts to promote our service business

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related
  • Familiar with machine knowledge, vector control, V/F control, PWM knowledge
  • Fault analysis capability and troubleshooting experience
  • Basic PLC knowledge
  • Communication capability and presentation skill
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • English skill
  • Archiving skill
