The Programme

Working as part of the ARCADIS Asia HR team with the prime focus in designated Business Unit. Support HR Team to administer the day-to-day operations to ensure processes are managed efficiently and effectively in order to meet business requirements.


  • Deliver the best possible outcomes and high quality of HR administration processes to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need
  • Data entry of personnel details onto HR systems
  • Keep HR spreadsheets and filing system up-to-date
  • Reporting management
  • Prepare employment contracts with related HR forms
  • Prepare and collate a set of HR forms for orientation to new joiners
  • Manage the operation and data accuracy of HR systems and establish the statistical reports for analysis in the regions
  • Follow up on completion of probation review forms with line manager
  • Support on issuing various letters (e.g. Probation letters, reference letters etc.)
  • Provide support in all visa applications (new employment visa, extension visa etc.)
  • Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the company
  • Participate and deliver other ad hoc HR projects and tasks as required & assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizeable companies
  • Mature, independent, proactive, good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed with PRC Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in PC application, Microsoft Excel is must
